"Kelly did such an outstanding job helping my family close on a Home on Johns Island. Being out of town for most of it, she made everything go as smoothly and easy as possible. She was so helpful in all aspects of closing. Anytime we needed anything, she was on it and always answered the phone. We didn't know Kelly going into this and would highly, highly recommend her if you're buying anything in the Charleston area. Her real estate partner, Jim, was also incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about everything growing on and around the property. He identified a very poisonous tree to dogs and humans and I am forever grateful for that! Do yourself a favor and use these two if you're looking for or buying a house."

"Kelly helped me buy and sell homes in the past so when I had to sell my childhood home after losing both parents, she was clearly my goto! As always, Kelly went above and beyond to negotiate and fight for the property value all while dual listing it as commercial and residential (she knows her stuff!) Kelly not only pushed back when needed but she was a huge sounding board knowing that the property had more than just monetary value to me. I wish she could charge for counseling advice as well cause that’s just who she is as a person and just truly a bad booty realtor! HIGHLY recommend!"

"We contacted Kelly Wilburn for both the purchase of a home and the sell of our current home. Kelly was absolutely phenomenal through it all! She was very informative, patient, and a fierce negotiator all while remaining professional and personable. We wanted to understand every aspect of the process and she always made time for us and not once made us feel rushed or a bother. Even when a situation arose that was out of her control, she stepped in and took charge to ensure our closings went through as quickly as possible.
